The Eucharistic Miracle of Seefeld

The Eucharistic Miracle of Seefeld
1384 A.D... Oswald Milser was a great but arrogant knight in Seefeld, Austria. During Holy Thursday Mass, Oswald desired to receive the largest Eucharistic Bread as he considered himself most worthy to do so. His soldiers threatened the priest who quickly obliged. As the Host was placed in Oswald's tongue, the floor around him softened and he sank to his knees. Upon Oswald's frightened plea, the priest removed the Host from his tongue and the ground hardened, leaving two indents created by Oswald's feet. A remorseful Oswald lived the rest of his life in penance and prayer.
