St. Cecilia (2nd century AD) decided to give her life to God when she was very young. However, her Roman parents decided that she should marry a man named Valerian. During the wedding feast, music was being played to pagan idols. So St. Cecilia sang hymns in her heart to Jesus. She also converted her husband Valerian and he became a saint too! St. Cecilia was killed by soldiers because she refused to pray to idols. It took them three days to take her life as God protected her! She is the patron saint of musicians. Her feast day is on 22 November.
