Please read and agree to the following terms and conditions before purchasing Happy Saints eBooks:

A. DIGITAL PRODUCT
  1. The ebooks are digital files which are available for immediate download after purchasing. No physical product will be shipped.
  2. A PDF reader, such as 'Adobe Reader' (for Win/Mac) or 'iBooks' (for iPad) is required to read the ebooks. 
  3. Every page in each ebook is discreetly watermarked with the buyer's name & email on top left-hand corner of the page.
B. DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS
  1. After purchasing with PayPal or credit card, you will receive a link to download the ebooks via your PayPal email. Usually you will receive the link instantaneously but in some rare occasions it may take up to 24 hours. Please email us if you did not receive the link after more than 24 hours.
  2. Download links are valid up to 9 downloads.
  3. Once you have downloaded your ebooks, you may keep them and use them for as long as you wish. The download limit only refers to the link, not the ebooks. 
  4. After downloading, please save your ebooks in a safe location, and make backups if you can. 
  5. If you encounter errors during the download or your download is faulty, please email us.
C. REACTIVATING DOWNLOAD LINKS
  1. If your download link has expired, we can reactivate the link for you, unless the item is already obsolete. Please send us an email request.
D. USAGE RESTRICTIONS
  1. The ebooks' content may be printed for personal and non-commercial use only.
  2. You cannot sell items made from printing any part of the ebooks' content. 
  3. You cannot share, distribute or sell any part of the ebooks' content in digital format.
E. USAGE BY CHURCHES, SCHOOLS & ORGANIZATIONS
  1. Churches, parishes, schools, societies and organizations may use the content from ebooks for your purposes, with the following conditions:
    • Content from the ebooks may NOT be sold in any form
    • Content from the ebooks may NOT be distributed or posted online through the internet
    • Content from the ebooks may NOT be distributed in large quantities (more than 50 copies) at a time. Please purchase one unit for every 50 copies to be printed.
    • Content from the ebooks may NOT be used as part of your organizations’s official logo design and other identity graphics
    • Credit and acknowledgement must be given to 'www.happysaints.com'
  2. For any other uses, written permission is required. Please email us.
F. FORMATTING
  1. The ebooks are locked and cannot be opened directly using graphic-editing softwares. To extract content from the ebooks for personal use, we recommend that you use the ‘Snapshot’ tool in Adobe Acrobat Reader or equivalent. For more information, go to www.extract.happysaints.com.
  2. Depending on your printer and computer system, colors and print quality may vary and differ from screen version.
  3. Any work with scissors or penknives must be carried out by an adult or under adult supervision.
  4. All pages are formatted in US letterhead size (8.5” x 11”).
  5. To achieve exact dimensions, please print to 100% scale.
  6. For best quality, print onto thick paper or card stock.
